Holly Stanczak is a Credentialed Evaluator with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation for nonprofit and government organizations.
Holly has led process, formative, and outcome evaluations, performance monitoring, and knowledge translation projects in mental health, youth education and capacity-building, and municipal services. She brings expertise across all phases of program evaluation and mixed methods research, including literature reviews, logic model development, evaluation planning, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, and reporting. Her multidisciplinary background in fundraising and policy analysis enriches her utilization-focused approach to program evaluation. Holly is passionate about evaluation capacity-building, sharing practical insights, and leveraging evaluative thinking to drive meaningful social impact.
Holly holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto with studies specializing in program evaluation, youth mental health, and the social determinants of health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications.
